Once a network is built customer installation needs to be validated and documented rigorously to ensure install standards and service levels are met. By documenting the install thoroughly, any issues that arise at a later date can be readily identified and resolved. By ensuring install standards are achieved, maintenance related truck rolls can be minimized.
We achieve this by providing a customized, deployment specific, APP which has all the pre-approved civics pre-loaded with the expected signal levels from primary & secondary towers. Installation is documented in the APP via photographs and link test results. The APP uploads all data to a cloud server where an operator can view the network growth from a customer prospect, a scheduled install and finally to a completed (and documented) install.
